Appointments
We know you have many choices when choosing an dermatologist in El Paso, TX so we have made requesting an appointment a simple and convenient process via our Web site. If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.
Insurance and Billing
We accept most traditional insurance plans. Please contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. Qualifications for insurance coverage may differ due to the uniqueness of each procedure. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dermatologist.

Financial Policy / Payment Options
We do everything we can to contain the cost of medical care. You can help in this regard by eliminating the need for us to bill you. The following is a summary of our payment policy.
All payments are expected At the Time of Service unless other prior arrangements are made with the Office Manager. This includes payments of applicable coinsurance and co-payments for participating companies. We accept cash, personal checks, Visa, Master Card, Discover and debit cards. (We do not accept post dated checks).
We bill insurance companies electronically. You are expected to pay your co-payments(s) and /or deductible at the time of service. If we do not received payment from your insurance company within 60 days of the date of service, you will be expected to pay the balance in full. You are responsible for all charges. We will not bill secondary insurance companies, but you may submit our charges to these companies if you choose. Your time of service includes all information necessary for submitting claims to your insurance company.
If a referral is required by your policy, it is the responsibility of the patient (or responsible party) to obtain the referral authorization before the patient arrives for their appointment with Dr. Kosarek. Any charges that are denied by your insurance because a referral was not obtained will become the responsibility of the patient to pay.
